1. Physical Products & Availability
Our physical book is a strictly limited edition of 25 copies. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the unlikely event that two orders clear simultaneously for the final copy, we will refund the later order immediately.

2. Digital Products
E-books purchased through this site are for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing an e-book, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the file. You may not distribute, share, copy, or resell the digital file.

3. UK Statutory Cancellation Rights (Cooling-Off Period)

• Physical Goods: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your physical order within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us in writing to initiate a return. The item must be returned in pristine, resaleable condition at your expense before a refund is issued.

• Digital Goods: By purchasing a digital e-book, you expressly agree that the digital content will be delivered immediately, and you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel once the download or streaming begins.

4. Limitation of Liability
We pack all items securely, but we are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by postal strikes, customs delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
